OVERVIEW

The International Poultry Council is thrilled to invite you to the First Semester Meeting of 2023.


The IPC First Semester Meeting is a small-scale conference bringing together poultry leaders from across the globe. Thanks to a limited number of participants, the event features a series of focused and interactive exchanges through workshops and panel discussions.


The 2023 First Semester Meeting focuses on global cooperation for a sustainable poultry sector. With three sessions dedicated to three international organizations, namely the FAO, WOAH and the WTO, the overarching goal is to hold open and frank dialogues on how IPC and its members can contribute to strengthening robust global food systems.

IPC @VIV ASIA

Join us at VIV ASIA on Wednesday March 8th for the IPC TRANSFORM session.


Private and government sector leaders will share perspectives on advancing global health security and private sector leaders will be recognized for their antimicrobial use stewardship leadership. Global collaboration via the government and private sector is critical to successfully addressing antimicrobial resistance. 


TRANSFORM is a consortium of Cargill, Ausvet, Heifer International, and the International Poultry Council being funded by USDAID as an initiative to address transboundary and zoonotic diseases and antimicrobial resistance. Stewardship principles, best practices, and collaborative efforts will shared by key industry and government leaders.
